Birthday Kabobs
This year, I celebrated my thirty-fifth birthday, and my Dad managed to put on a stellar birthday feast in celebration of the day his firstborn came to be. My father is a culinary KING since my mother passed on...though he's always been a grill master. I love grill food, so Kabobs were the order of the day. They were good too!
My brother's were anti-onion,

my husband's were meat and onion only, mine were mushroom free, and LouAnn & Dad's had the works: red and yellow bell pepper, mushroom, grape tomato, beef, onion....and since I'm a grilled veggie FREAK, there were extra skewers that were beef (and mushroom) free just for me!

He's extremely cool that way....
I did help him to prepare them too....as did his wife.... so at least he didn't have to go it alone.
